SEAWOOD VERONICA

A very special pony.

Ronnie joined us many years ago and quickly stole my heart as a gentle soul who just wanted to be left in peace and do what she wanted to do.

An exceptional mother she stood over Garry for weeks while he was ill and let us help him .

She was very bonded to her daughter Ella and I took the decision to let her follow Ella south last year. A reunion that brought many tears of happiness when they saw each other. Garry followed them down and they lived as a family in the most wonderful home. Sadly, it is Garry and Ronnie and long may that last.

OLDEWORLDE DANIEL

A pony with huge potential.

Daniel came to us from the Oldeworlde stud as a weanling with the intention of running him on as a stallion prospect.

We decided to geld him and in 2022 he went south to join the Cherhill stud to start his racing/ridden career. It has been amazing to watch his progress and love for speed and jumping. He has fallen on his feet with Isabella as she understands him and his need to be moving.

We are hoping to catch Dan racing this year in person.

Dan is described by his new owners as "a complete legend, has awesome hair, won a race at Moreton Show and a multi-award winning showjumping extraordinaire!"

DRYFESDALE DALEY

A wonderful stallion sadly taken too soon.

Davy as we knew him was full of character and charisma. He was a deep red chestnut who moved for fun and joined us as a yearling.

He went on to pass his VVE stallion inspection and produce some cracking foals for us, all of whom had his lovely disposition.

It was a sad day the day I had to make that call for him and he is missed very much.

CORMORAN TICKETY-BOO

A queen of ponies.

Boo was and still is one of those ponies that touches your heart.

She was a wise and very genteel lady who liked the peaceful life and had a couple of cracking foals for us before succumbing to secondary acute laminitis and streptococcus zooepidemicus in 2017.

I would have loved to have met her much younger than I did.
